NW Mind Body Spirit Convention

Start your year off right and BE UNSTOPPABLE in 2018 at the NW Mind Body Spirit Connection, returning to the Lynnwood Convention Center, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on January 20, 2018.

For the second year in a row, the NW Mind Body Spirit Connection will bring together a variety of the region's top experts and vendors in traditional and alternative approaches to health, and well-being to the Lynnwood Convention Center for this fun and interactive day of learning, and inspiration.

Booths and exhibits will fill the downstairs ballroom at the Lynnwood Convention Center to feature demonstrations and opportunities to sample, and learn about products, receive a mini-reading or to try reflexology, or massage. Guests can visit the diverse selection of vendors from throughout Puget Sound, such as 3 Petals Healing from Bothell, Green City Dental from Edmonds, On Point Performance Neuro Training, from Seattle, Acupuncture Associates of Marysville, plus many more.

An incredible line up of speakers will present during scheduled sessions in the convention center meeting rooms. Topics range from organic farming, presented by Tristan Klesick of Klesick’s, and mindful meals by Crystal Franck, RD of Experience Momentum, to Feng Shui, from Dena Marie of Lift Your Spirits with Dena Marie, and holistic brain health from Nutrition Consultant, Karl Mincin.

This year’s event also features a labyrinth installation presented by Dan Niven of ModernDaedalus.com and The Labyrinth Society, a chakra fashion show presented by Se-Lyn Boutique,, and a Dreamscapes Project - an interactive 3-D woven neural network of dreams which will be created by Geraldine Banes of Studio Beju.

The mission of the NW Mind Body Spirit Connection is to connect people who are interested in learning methods of enhancing their holistic health and wellness with community experts. The NW Mind Body Spirit Connection events inspire new connections, great conversations, and healthier, happier communities. "The event is a great opportunity to learn something new in a fun environment," commented the show's director, Gayle Picken, "many of the exhibitors will be offering product samples, readings and mini-sessions. Bring a friend!"
